  32. The dialer does not contain any networking code.  Therefore, it 
  33. cannot trigger Winsock.  I assume that you mean that when K95.EXE starts
  34. Trumpet is started.  When K95 starts it attempts to determine the IP 
  35. address of the local machine.  This does not cause a similar behavior
  36. on other Winsocks.  Therefore, I would recommend you report this as
  37. a bug to the makers of Trumpet.
